Choco truffles με Velomont Chocolate

Ingredients

Ingredients (makes approx. 25 pieces)

  • 4 sachets Velomont Chocolate
  • 200 g crushed biscuits
  • 150 g finely chopped nuts
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 2 tsp cognac
  • 1 can (300 g) sweetened condensed milk

For coating

  • Shredded coconut
  • Crushed biscuits
  • Chocolate sprinkles

Method


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Velomont Chocolate, crushed biscuits, nuts, butter, cognac, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small truffles.
  3. Roll them in shredded coconut, crushed biscuits, chocolate sprinkles, or any coating of your choice. Serve and enjoy.
