Pumpkin & Banana Chocolate Brownies with Velomont

Ingredients

Ingredients (serves 12 / 24 cm pan)

  • 4 sachets Velomont Classic Chocolate
  • 200 g ripe bananas
  • 200 g cooked pumpkin
  • 120 g sugar
  • 60 g peanut butter
  • 70 ml orange juice
  • 210 g all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 100 g chocolate chips

For serving

  • Melted chocolate

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
    In a bowl, mash the bananas and cooked pumpkin with a fork. Add the sugar and mix well.
    Add the peanut butter and orange juice, then mix until smooth. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and Velomont Chocolate, mixing until you have a well-combined batter.Fold in the chocolate chips and transfer the mixture to a lined baking pan.
  2. Bake for at least 45 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
  3. Once ready, cut into portions and serve with melted chocolate.
